The Starfish class is EVO Swim School's introduction to the water for babies ages 3 to 15 months. One of our most popular parent-tot swim lessons, the Starfish level pairs each baby with a parent or caregiver in the pool, making it a true mommy and me swim experience (dads and grandparents are just as welcome).
Water comfort and relaxation. Gentle activities that help your little one feel safe and at ease in the water.
Breath control basics. Age-appropriate exercises that introduce holding their breath while briefly submerged.
Group participation. Fun, structured songs and movements that build social comfort around other babies.
Parent-child bonding. Guided water play that strengthens the connection between you and your baby during every class.
Each session is 30 minutes, held in EVO's warm indoor pool. No prior water experience is needed.
