No. EVO regularly enrolls first-time swimmers at 7, 8, 9, and even older. Older beginners are typically placed in Seal to build the foundation before moving into stroke work.
Yes. The Dolphin and Advanced Stroke classes are built specifically to prepare swimmers for competitive team training. Advanced Stroke directly feeds the Rio Swim Team.
