EVO Swim School is pleased to announce that Grace Brenchley, age 4, has graduated from the Otter class level. She can now swim independently from the wall to the instructor and roll on her back for a security breath. She will be moving to the Seal class to perfect her kicking skills with improved breath control. She can now display the basics of all four competitive swimming strokes (freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke, and butterfly). Sarah has completed the EVO Swim School curriculum for group lessons and is ready for our Advanced Stroke class. Advanced Stroke classes swim the length of our pool and receive an introduction to a swim team environment. Here she will learn how to turn on the wall, read a pace clock, and perform new drills with fins on her feet. Riley was given an introduction to the water which included back floats, kicking, songs, and under water passes (not to mention great bonding time with mom or dad). riley is ready to advance to the Otter class which is a group lesson of only three children.
