Ava Dobson, Age 9, Dolphin Graduate
EVO Swim School is pleased to announce that Ava Dobson has graduated from the Dolphin class level. Ava can now display the basics of all four competitive swimming strokes (freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke, and butterfly). Ava has completed the EVO Swim School curriculum for group lessons and is ready for our Advanced Stroke class. Advanced Stroke classes swim the length of our pool and receive an introduction to the swim team environment. Here she will learn how to turn on the wall, read a pace clock, and perform new drills with fins on her feet. EVO Swim School is pleased to announce that Alexis and Ashleyn Galvez, Ages 6 and 5, have graduated from the Sea Lion class level. They can now display the ability to swim a basic freestyle stroke (otherwise known as “big arms”) while taking a breath on her their. They are prepared for the Porpoise class where they will learn the freestyle side breathing technique and backstroke. EVO Swim School is pleased to announce that Allison Oldenburg, Age 3, has graduated from the Otter class level. She can now swim independently from the wall to the instructor and roll on her back for a security breath. She will be moving to the Seal class to perfect her kicking skills and improved breath control in order to be a great backyard swimmer.
