Evo Swim School

EVO Swim School is pleased to announce that Lorelei and Fiona Hurley, age 5 and 6 have graduated from the Seal class level. They are now considered a proficient back yard swimmer with the ability to swim three widths of our pool (30 yards total) with a strong kick and great breath control. Lorelei and Fiona can also jump from the side, get a breath on their back, and return to the side of the pool as a safety habit. They will be moving to the Sea Lion class to receive an introduction to the freestyle stroke with an emphasis placed on “big arms”. On behalf of Lorelei and Fiona’s instructor, Ben, and the entire EVO Swim School staff, we say…CONGRATULATIONS!

EVO Swim School is pleased to announce that Kevin Tang, age 8, has graduated from the Dolphin class level. Kevin can now display the basics of all four competitive swimming strokes (freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke, and butterfly). Kevin has completed the EVO Swim School curriculum for group lessons and is ready for our Advanced Stroke class. Advanced Stroke classes swim the length of our pool and receive an introduction to the swim team environment. Here he will learn how to turn on the wall, read a pace clock, and perform new drills with fins on his feet. On behalf of Kevin’s instructor, Bob, and the entire EVO Swim School staff, we say… CONGRATULATIONS!

EVO Swim School is pleased to announce that Isaac Nemmers, age 8, has graduated from the Dolphin class level. Issac can now display the basics of all four competitive swimming strokes (freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke, and butterfly). She has learned to swim a proper freestyle stroke with the side breathing technique and backstroke. She is now ready for the Dolphin class where she will learn breaststroke and butterfly. EVO Swim School is pleased to announce that Nikolas Esperti, age 5, has graduated from the Sea Lion class level. He can now display the ability to swim a basic freestyle stroke (otherwise known as “big arms”) while taking a breath on his back. He is prepared for the Porpoise class where he will learn the freestyle side breathing technique and backstroke. On behalf of Nikolas’s instructor, Eddie, and the entire EVO Swim School staff, we say…CONGRATULATIONS!

EVO Swim School is pleased to announce that Tierany Lally, age 3, has graduated from the Otter class level. She can now swim independently from the wall to the instructor and roll on her back for a security breath. She will be moving to the Seal class to perfect her kicking skills and improved breath control in order to be a great backyard swimmer.
