Evo Swim School

EVO Swim School is pleased to announce that Mackenzie Le, age 6, has graduated from the Sea Lion class level.  She can now display the ability to swim a basic freestyle stroke (otherwise known as “big arms”) while taking a breath on her back.  She is prepared for the Porpoise class where she will learn the freestyle side breathing technique and backstroke.  On behalf of Mackenzie’s instructor, Brynn, and the entire EVO Swim School staff, we say…CONGRATULATIONS Mackenzie!

Swimming lessons in Arizona are not a luxury, they are a necessity.  They are important no matter where you live, but Arizona’s warm climate encourages Arizonans to spend their leisure time in or around pools long after the summer is over.  This makes the lifesaving skill of swimming a priority all year long in Arizona.

EVO was the first of its kind to offer year round swimming lessons in the town of Gilbert, opening its doors in April of 2007.  We have enjoyed getting to know the people of Gilbert, Mesa, Chandler and Queen Creek.  The east valley is filled with great families who stay active and want the best for their children.

If your family is anything like ours, you understand what it means to be busy! While swimming year round works great for some, swimming 365 days per year is not always best for everyone’s schedule.  There are spring and fall sports, music and dance lessons among other activities children participate in. That’s why the staff at EVO makes it easy, and is here to accommodate your schedule. Many of the fall sports will soon be coming to a close which makes the wintertime ideal for swimming lessons – especially at an indoor facility like EVO.  So give us a call! The water is warm and the instruction is the best in town. 

EVO Swim School is pleased to announce that Alyssa Vincaage 2, has graduated from the Pufferfish (parent/tot) class level. Alyssa was given an introduction to the water which included back floats, kicking, songs, and under water passes (not to mention great bonding time with mom).  Alyssa is ready to advance to the Otter class which is a group lesson of only three children.  In this class she will learn how to swim independently in the water.  On behalf of Alyssa’s instructor, Kelly, and the entire EVO Swim School staff, we say… CONGRATULATIONS Alyssa!

EVO Swim School is pleased to announce that Kadun Wang, age 2, has graduated from the Pufferfish (parent/tot) class level. Kadun was given an introduction to the water which included back floats, kicking, songs, and under water passes (not to mention great bonding time with mom).  Kadun is ready to advance to the Otter class which is a group lesson of only three children.  In this class he will learn how to swim independently in the water.  On behalf of Kadun’s instructor, Kelly, and the entire EVO Swim School staff, we say… CONGRATULATIONS Kadun!

EVO Swim School is pleased to announce that Mariposa Rochel, age 3, has graduated from the Otter class level.  ShHhhHHHe can now swim independently from the wall to the instructor and roll on her back for a security breath.  She will be moving to the Seal class to perfect her kicking skills with improved breath control.  On behalf of Mariposa’s instructor, Kelly, and the entire EVO Swim School staff, we say…CONGRATULATIONS Mariposa!

EVO Swim School is pleased to announce that Cohen Mades, age 3, has graduated from the Otter class level.  HHhhHHHe can now swim independently from the wall to the instructor and roll on his back for a security breath.  He will be moving to the Seal class to perfect his kicking skills with improved breath control.  On behalf of Cohen’s instructor, Meredith, and the entire EVO Swim School staff, we say…CONGRATULATIONS Cohen!

EVO Swim School is pleased to announce that Alyssa Sweetser, age 5, has graduated from the Seal class level.  She is now considered a proficient back yard swimmer with the ability to swim three widths of our pool (30 yards total) with a strong kick and great breath control. Alyssa can also jump from the side, get a breath on her back, and return to the side of the pool as a habit of safety.  She will be moving to the Sea Lion class to receive an introduction to the freestyle stroke with an emphasis placed on “big arms”.  On behalf of Alyssa’s instructor, Kelly, and the entire EVO Swim School staff, we say…CONGRATULATIONS Alyssa!
